Retail Customer Return Policy

Shipping

Abigails products are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground.  Generally, items are in stock and will ship within 3 business days.  If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email providing an estimated ship date.  Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out and are based on the dollar value of your order.   Motor Freight shipments will be calculated on an individual basis.   Abigails does not ship to PO boxes.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs.



Returns

Items purchased from a retail store cannot be returned to Abigails.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused, undamaged merchandise within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping charges.  Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. 

A Return Authorization number and the original packing slip must accompany all returns.  Please indicate your reason for return on the packing slip and place this into your shipment.  To request a Return Authorization number, please email customerservice@abigails.net.  Abigails will send you a shipping return label and return authorization number.  Please print this label, affix to the package to be returned, and deliver to the carrier’s nearest drop-off location.

Abigails’ handcrafted products are fragile and must be packed properly in order to receive credit on the return.  We recommend you use Abigails original packing materials whenever possible.  Abigails is not responsible for items damaged or lost on return. 

 

Damages

If you receive a damaged item contact customerservice@abigails.net immediately.  Based upon the extent of the damage, you will either need to return the item or will be instructed to safely dispose of it.  Abigails will ship you a replacement at no charge.
